The Home & Away Concept

I am a chef and foodie. With my love for food and traveling, I am dedicated to bringing the average eater new knowledge that will enhance their dining and cooking experiences. My goal is to get the picky eater to become adventurous in their gastronomic choices with what I call "the Art of Eat."
Home and Away will be a show that dedicates each episode to a different food rarity. The episode will show a featured rare or odd food, where it originated or is eaten on a regular basis, how it is made or cooked and finally where you can get it back at home. Episodes will include food topics such as Lutefisk, Rocky Mountain Oysters, Blood Sausage, Pigeon, Kangaroo, Gooey Duck, Razor Clams and many more. With each episode I will create a dish and recipe using the featured food. The dish that I create will be compiled into a cookbook, called "the Art of Eat," which will consist of a recipe from each episode and type of food.
